I’ve been an avid weightlifter for over 10 years, so I fully understand how difficult it can be to stay on track. I get it, sometimes I just want a greasy cheeseburger and fries. I promise you the lasting effects of being in shape greatly outweigh the immediate dopamine hits from short-term desires. Remember, health is wealth.
